Goddard Laser for Absolute Measurement of RadianceHigh accuracy achieved with temperature stabilized unfiltered trap detectors illuminated by monochromatic light. Tunable lasers and optical parametric oscillators provide orders of magnitude higher spectral radiance than blackbody or other broadband sources; calibrate at high signal levels.
