Land Long Term Climate Data RecordAVHRR data record is well alive and continue to improve and be used by a large land user community.Most of the improvement are due to the overlapping with MODIS Aqua, Terra.We recommend operating missions as long as possible to enable overlap of at least a few years (especially for applications).
