Excimer laser annealing for fabrication of low-cost solar cellsThe goal was to determine if a pulsed excimer laser annealing (PELA) is cost effective compared to a baseline process. An excimer laser pulsed annealing apparatus was built. Three hundred solar cells were fabricated. An economic analysis was performed.
