Symposium on Significant Results Obtained from Earth Resources Technology Satellite-1: Volume 2- Summary of ResultsThis Symposium provided the first open forum where the users of the ERTS data had the opportunity to present the significant accomplishments from their investigations. It also provided the first opportunity for representatives of federal, state, and local organizations to present their views on how ERTS data are being used and will be used for solving operational resource management problems.
