Keynote AddressThe keynote address of the conference on the significant results obtained by ERTS-1 is presented. The application of ERTS-1 imagery to the mapping of the state of California is stressed. Actions taken by the state executive branch in response to ERTS-1 data are discussed. The continued program and funding aspects of data utilization in developing California resources are reported.
