Phase delay astrometry and its geodetic applicationsThe accuracy inherent in the fringe phase in the determination of source positions was calculated. It is shown that accuracy can be utilized by applying differencing techniques in order to circumvent such systematic effects as clock drift and delay due to the propagation media.
