Preliminary sizing and performance of aircraftThe basic processes of a program that performs sizing operations on a baseline aircraft and determines their subsequent effects on aerodynamics, propulsion, weights, and mission performance are described. Input requirements are defined and output listings explained. Results obtained by applying the method to several types of aircraft are discussed.
