Degradation and Deformation of Scarps and Slopes on Io: New ResultsInitial analysis of degradational processes on scarps and slopes on Io using just-acquired images by the Galileo SSI team. Among other results, is evidence for sublimation, sapping, and perhaps "glacial" flow of interstitial volatiles in relief-forming materials.
