x-ray absorption near edge structure spectroscopy of nanodiamonds from the allende meteoriteCarbon X-ray Absorption Near Edge Structure Spectroscopy shows Allende DM nanodiamonds have two pre-edge peaks, consistent with other small diamonds, but fail to show a diamond exciton which is seen in 3.6 nm diamond thin films.
