Mars Oxidant Instrument (MOI): An In-Situ Heterogeneous Chemistry AnalysisAn instrument designed to characterize interfacial oxidants of the martian soil has been developed. It relies on controlling the chemical ambient while exposing the soil to well-characterized thin films, and sounding their electrical resistivity.
