Europa Surface-Subsurface Material Interchange: Astrobiology Implications of the Session

This paper will seek to identify key parameters, and critical measurements needed to determine exchange rates of surface-subsurface materials of Europa and to anticipate their implications for the astrobiological studies NASA will plan.
