Crater Deposits in 2003 MER Landing SitesAt the Mars Exploration Rover Hematite landing site, impact melt and lake deposits from a 140 km diameter crater have been excavated by an 18 km diameter crater and probably deposited at the surface of the landing site ellipse. Crater deposits may also be present in the Gusev and Isidis landing sites. Additional information is contained in the original extended abstract.
