Isotopic Study of Silicon Carbide in SemarkonaWe have measured Si and C isotopes for individual SiC grains from Semarkona. Our results are compared with those of previous studies on SiC from Murchison and Orgueil. Metamorphism and grain-size distribution can affect these comparisons.
