A Rover's-Eye View in the Thermal Infrared: Spectral Adjacency EffectsDue to the unique perspective of thermal infrared spectral measurements of geologic targets taken obliquely from a planetary rover or fixed lander, we have conducted several series of experiments designed to explore the various interferences which may arise from the local environment.
