Telemedicine Case StudiesThis pamphlet reviews the use of telemedicine and inflight procedures in four medical situations: (1) Periodic Health Examination (PHE), Corneal Abrasion, (3) Nephrolithiasis (i.e., Kidney Stone), and (4) Appendicitis. Information is included for the in flight crew, in particular the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the use of the Intelligent Integrated Medical Data System, and Ground Medical Mission Control.
