My Life as a NASA Test Subject

In addition to Joe McMann’s duties as project engineer and technical manager, he was a test subject for spacesuits, life support systems, and other systems under his purview for over 18 years. During this Spacesuit Knowledge Capture event, he shared his experiences as a test subject during the Gemini, Apollo, and Space Shuttle Programs, which include both comical and serious lessons learned.
