Carbothermal Reduction Demonstration (CaRD) 22 Technology Review

The Carbothermal Reduction Demonstration project will demonstrate the ability to extract oxygen from lunar regolith using concentrated solar energy. The goal of this project is to raise the TRL of a system that can demonstrate these functions on the lunar surface. The project concludes with a ground demonstration in a relevant environment.
