Effect of coulomb spline on rotor dynamic responseA rigid rotor system coupled by a coulomb spline is modelled and analyzed by approximate analytical and numerical analytical methods. Expressions are derived for the variables of the resulting limit cycle and are shown to be quite accurate for a small departure from isotropy.
